At Peekoh Tea, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality Sri Lankan tea products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Domestic Orders
If you are not satisfied with your domestic order, please contact customer service within 30 days of your order date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the tea products must be returned to us in their original packaging and their original condition.
Please note, as a natural product, some seasonal variance and availability may occur. We do not offer returns based on personal preference in taste.
If you purchased your product from a third party retailer, please contact them directly to resolve any issues. We apologise in advance for not being able to assist you directly in this case.
International Orders
At this time we are unable to ship orders internationally. Please keep referring to this page or our socials to be informed on this coming soon! We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To request a refund or exchange, please get in touch with us at peekohtea@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 72 hours with further instructions.
Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to our discretion and approval. Peekoh Tea reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the tea products have been damaged or used.
