Shipping policy

 

At Peekoh Tea, we are committed to delivering our authentic Sri Lankan tea to our customers both nationally in Sri Lanka and internationally. We strive to ensure that all our shipments are handled and delivered with the utmost care, efficiency and speed.

National Shipping

Please note that we are a small business with a small team and value freshness. This means that we don't keep excess stock in a warehouse and blend your orders fresh, weekly. All national shipments are dispatched within one week of the order being placed. Our national orders are delivered within a few days of dispatch, depending on the location of the recipient within Sri Lanka.

We offer free shipping for all national orders above LKR 20,000. For orders below LKR 20,000, a flat rate of LKR 500 will be charged. National orders are shipped through reputed courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery. 

International Shipping

At this time we are unable to ship orders internationally. Please keep referring to this page or our socials to be informed on this coming soon! We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. 

Order Tracking

Upon request, the tracking number for your order will be shared.

Delivery Timeframe

Please note that the delivery timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays or other logistical issues beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any such delays and to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
