autumn
autumn
Description: Begin to soften and turn inward. This season is characterised by the drop in sex hormones and the dominance of progesterone. This phase lasts between 10-14 days depending on your own unique cycle.
Our autumn blend serves as a delicious tonic with ashwagandha to assist in producing serotonin and balance the natural decrease. Sage is rich in vitamin K which aids the body in clotting blood. Rose and Lavender soften the nervous system, signaling the time to slow down.
More intense movement can serve up to a certain point, aiding the body in its natural process of excreting hormones that have built up during the cycle. Listen to your body once again and tone down the exercise slowly day by day.
