summer
Description: The most outward phase of our cycle, summer marks our ovulation, the peak of our fertility. This phase is experienced between 3-4 days in the middle of your beautiful, unique cycle.
Enjoy our liver cleansing summer blend- a concoction of anti-inflammatory herbs such as turmeric and rosemary, black pepper for absorption, licorice root to lower the rise in testosterone and nettle for aiding the body in cleansing the excess hormone production.
As hormone levels continue to rise so does your energy. Longer walks, faster runs, more dynamic yoga flows will nourish this building energy. Around ovulation is the best time for high intensity workouts.
